Plan A is always go to the landowner or their managing agent and ask them to get the PCN cancelled. Anyone telling you to just appeal to the car park operator is either fobbing you off or simply an imbecilic moron. Take your pick.
Obviously, if you can show that you had permission to be there, even better but it will not work for an initial or secondary appeal with an IPC operator.

Is "GOALS" a tenant or the landowner at that location? Anyone telling you to appeal to the parking operator is either clueless or just fobbing you off.
Thanks for the reply. GOALS own their premises, but I don't believe they own the land of the carpark (I think the college owns the carpark and it is managed by CPM as the letter says). The picture below shows the layout of the area with the carpark at the bottom. If GOALS can provide proof of the driver being a customer will that be a good grounds to appeal?

Hi all,
I am looking for some advice on how to appeal a parking charge notice I received through the post. I have attached images of the notice and the signage. The driver was parked in SGS College Wise Campus Car Park in front of GOALS for a football match. GOALS customers are allowed to park in this car park but must register, however the driver was in a rush and doesn't remember if they registered properly(probably didn't register). The driver was definitely a customer at GOALS.
The driver has rung the GOALS and they said that they recommend appealing and that they can provide proof that the driver was a customer (via CCTV I guess?).
So I was looking for some advice on how I should proceed with the appeal.
Thanks
