Post any letters you have blanking only your name and address.

Did you file an out of time statement/declaration.

Late Statement Refused/Statement Not Granted
and i didn't receive any letter and now belief turned up at my door step demanding £590 how can i stop this any help please this all started back in 22 April 2024 at 19:23 when i was outside the country and parking people moved my car and went through ulez i wasn't aware of it clearly in the image i was not the driver any help guys much apricated
