So far H&F have backed down in every case we know of before it reaches tribunal.

This is a recent restriction and it's a low traffic filter on the way you came in. But it's badly signed and I think the council is cancelling first time conventions here.

Can someone tell me what I've done wrong here please? It was a Sunday, and if the PCN is for going through a no-entry sign..... well it's a one way street and I'm going the right way?!
