You would need to contact the court and ask them if a notary from the country you are in is acceptable

No it cannot be done online you must be seen to sign in person by the commissioner for oaths How long are you abroad for

Hello,
I have received a [enalty charge to pay £250 but i never received the original Pcn.
They sent mer the PE3 FORM Statutory Declariton unpais penalty charge.
I beliebe a Solicitor needs to sign the form.
Can any one help me to find a solicitor to sign it?
If it is posible online because i am abroad.
