Of course they are trying it on, (as usual !!). The person who claims to have viewed this video maybe needs to go ot Specsavers !
You should submit reps stating that the contravention did not occur, because the video shows the vehicle never stopped. Don't be surprised if they reject because they rely on >95% of people then coughing-up, not wanting to risk the extra dosh involved in going to London Tribunals.

Yes, no stop no contravention. You should have moved to the right lane though and were lucky.

Found this in the post today. PCN for "Entering and stopping in a box junction when prohibited". Checked the video. It shows the car moving without ever stopping in the yellow box.


Is this an easy win? Is there any reason to overcomplicate this, include any magic wording, time things right or do I just say to them "Check the video. Contravention did not occur. Car never stopped in the box. Thanks. Bye"?
