Their template Notice to Keeper seems to have been updated since then. There certainly aren't any PoFA fails in there that a POPLA assessor is likely to go for.

Let's try and build more of a picture of the situation and see what options we might have.

Posting this for a friend. Parking paid for but overstayed the paid time.
Paperwork arrived in the post - nothing on windscreen.
Any recourse?
