Interesting article in Mail on Sunday (Tony Hetherington). UK debt recovery firm trying to use strong arm tactics to claim road toll which was paid for.There was a slight mistake made by toll operators.
The Debt Recovery team even caved in on this but tried to claim £49 they had incurred in admin fees.
Advised to make a complaint against parking charge company ECP who originally obtained details from DVLA whilst acting on behalf of company outside DVLA.
I haven’t got the article to hand but it is today’s date and will try to arrange link later unless someone more tech savvy can assist.
