OK, so here is the government "plan".

Most of it is just bull. There is nothing it indicate any changes will be made to legislation or regulations.  The words "consult" and "call for evidence" means nothing will happen at all. It's all hot air.

Also in the report is: -

• Target "overzealous" enforcement of parking

Sme hope, I reckon. Most councils especially in London and the big cities look on this "overzealous enforcement" as a Magic Money Tree.
