I will advise when I get back to UK on Friday. 8) Best by e mail re files. Basically, at this moment in time, I would put in the same again but have noticed yet another error on the EN! Please wait until I have sorted a few issues this end in Kos. No bus lanes here.

@Hippocrates Waltham Forest have rejected the informal appeal on 16 May 2025, I will add the rejection letter on to Google Drive (link above) if required.
They have stated the PCN is correct as per CCTV footage, copied passage below. Option 1: Pay Option 2: Formal Rep and later Appeal to Adj

Thank you for your correspondence regarding the above Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and after considering all the evidence the Authority is satisfied that the contravention occurred and that the PCN was issued correctly.
You have been issued a PCN as your vehicle has been observed by the CCTV footage at the scene to have travelled within the Bus Lane.
The bus lane is separated from the carriage way by a solid white line which runs until the end of the bus lane. Where a motorist must pass through a bus lane to make a left turn, there will be a break in the solid white line accompanied by a left turn arrow allowing motorists to enter the bus lane in order to make a left turn. This is usually located around 20 meters prior to the junction in question.
The bus lane at this location does not have these markings as it is located at the approach to a roundabout and therefore motorists are not permitted to enter this bus lane regardless of the distance travelled or time spent in the restricted area.
Any part of a vehicle located in a bus lane would result in the vehicle being issued with a PCN. Drivers have a responsibility to check for and understand signs and markings and to drive in accordance with them.
Whilst I empathise with the circumstances you have described in your correspondence; I have found no grounds to cancel the PCN. The authority are satisfied that the contravention occurred as the CCTV footage shows your vehicle travelling within the bus lane. Therefore this PCN was issued correctly and you remain liable for the charge.

Is it worth noting few metres of the end of bus lane, not trying to utilise it but used it as an exit lane option? (20m rule) @Hippocrates
I would let them prove the alleged contravention and say nowt. 20 m rule does not exist - save for one previous adjudicator a long time ago.

Try this:
1. The video does not prove the alleged contravention because it shows no upright signage allegedly passed.
2. I put you to strict proof that the camera used to captured the images has VCA approval.
3. I also make a collateral challenge against the validity of the PCN as it confusingly states that an Enforcement Notice may be served and on another occasion will be served.
In light of the above, please cancel the PCN.

I will take a look at the video later. They never turn up at the Tribunal - which they must - so this could be straightforward.
1. Evidence shows no upright signage passed.
2. I out you to strict proof that the camera used has VCA certification.
3. Other circumstances - do not admit to anything.

Hello,
I received a PCN on 28 April 2025. Driving my partners car.
As I approached the end of the bus lane, I needed to switch to the left lane in order to exit at the roundabout traffic lights.I began the manoeuvre a bit early and crossed the bus lane but there was no bus behind me. Reason was solely to merge into the correct lane and not to undertake any cars or disrupt traffic flow.
I entered the bus lane two car lengths before the solid line ended, on the footage provided there are no buses in image.
