OP, Appeal was successful.

Well done.

May we see their evidence bundle pl, in particular the Traffic Management Order.

Same here. Just today got PCN in post for entering a pedestrian zone in Sydney Road Barkingside.
. . .

So I wonder if there is any longer a realistic chance of getting this overturned?

For meaningful advice:
Please to have  aread of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and start a new thread, posting up there
(use
ibb.co (https://imgbb.com/) or https://imgpile.com/
for posting images.
Wherever possible, use the BBCode.)

all sides of the PCN you do have (only redact yr name & address - leave all else in),
A GSV link to the location,
and any council photos/video.

Same here. Just today got PCN in post for entering a pedestrian zone in Sydney Road Barkingside. Completely flummoxed me as the signage is quite high up and I had been parked right alongside the said road and signs and was more focused on the heavy traffic and pedestrians crossing etc 🤦🏻
It looks like the blue sign that was visible when Shah123 received his PCN back in Feb has been altered. It previously read: 'School Streets Restricted Access Term Time Only'...Sign now reads a truncated version: 'School Streets Restricted Access'. I'm presuming LB Redbridge have made the alteration in the light of the above noted successful appeals.
So I wonder if there is any longer a realistic chance of getting this overturned?

Literally just got done for exactly the same thing! Did not see the signs at all. @Hippocrates or @shah123, any chance you could share the formal reps and/or appeal evidence that you submitted? Thank you so much!

@cp8759 @Hippocrates

Hi, hope you can assist, I have seen other similar threads regarding the school streets
@shah123I am happy to do so. I will PM you and offer to assist you free. cp8759 has little capacity at present. We won a case on this proscribed sign (term-time) and many others are in the pipeline.

The blue sign below the main one, is the winner, because it doesn't define the term times.

If this was an event zone, they would have to put up the date of the next event, and this is obviously a cost issue because a man has to go round updating the signs. So here they think they can get away with it by putting up the blue sign. Several appeals have now been won on this, and no doubt Hippocrates will soon assist you.

On 24 February 2025, new school street restriction installed in this area.
I was unaware having not driven this route, on 2 April 2025 I entered the restricted zone at 1436 (zone starts at 1430)

Attempted informal representation before finding this forum and assistance, rejected on 24 April 2025.

I have seen several other PCN issue for the same scenario, school street related.
