Yes but they are playing hard ball. I also have a technical draft re the PCN. Be prepared to go all the way.

Hi Hippocrates,

Thanks, I did notice the website being threatening to pay now. Is that grounds to get a PCN cancelled?

Are there any previous cases where this can be compared to and let to a cancellation?

Well, I see that webpage as a threat even before you have made representations.

Yes, I have seen the video stamfordman, as said previously I was following Google Maps and did not look up to see the signs. I have also seen the times were until 15:45 and not disputing that.

You and the van driver barrelled down there and at 15:35 it was 10 mins before the restriction end time of this school street zone.

There may be something in the website or traffic order.

Hi All,

I hope someone can help me in regards to a PCN I received for driving through a timed pedestrian zone in Lewisham on Hazelbank Road junction to Ardgowan Road. Unfortunately I was following Google Maps on a new route home, and have completely missed the signs.

The fine is hefty at £160 and £80 if paid in 2 weeks so I am deliberating if there is anything I can find to challenge this.

Please find attached my letter as well as the website for paying the PCN.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Thanks,
LV
