Hi all,

First time here so I apologise in advance!

Received this. I may have used the beginning of the road to do a U turn but don't really remember it at all. Any help here would be appreciated.

Also my house is a building site and I often do not receive letters when they are posted until much later. If we go out of the discounted payment window because of this can we bring it back to the discounted rate?
