IMO you stand no chance either with the authority or adjudicator as regards the contravention.

But as Hippocrates has commented, perhaps a procedural white knight is waiting in the wings.

To beat Lambeth you must screenshot the payment status page as the dates are usually wrong.

But you clearly didn't give way to all the other traffic that you squeezed by, so for me, the contravention is made out.
