It would be helpful to know the circumstances surrounding the parking and the car park, to understand why you were there and how you ended up falling foul of UKPC.
Photos of the signage at the site would also be useful.

The second part of this sentence rather contradicts the first... Can you explain what you mean?

Dear all,
I have receive a parking ticket whilst parked in the visitor bay. I have parked here many times before but this is the first time I have received a ticket. Do I have any grounds to appeal? Is there anything that I can do to get this cancelled? Any help would be appreciated. Please see attachment of the fine.
