You are an adult now. Pleading that you can't afford the charges, is never going to get you off the hook if you have breached a contract. However, if you follow our advice, you won't be paying a penny to ECP.
You need to show us the original Notice to Keeper (NtK) you received for each PCN.

I recently received a Final Notice Letter for 2 parking tickets from ECP from a parking charge from 22/01/25 and 23/01/25 for "No valid pay and display was purchased”. They are demanding £100 per ticket or debt collectors will be brought in. What should I do? I’m a 19 year old that can’t really afford to be paying £200 worth of tickets.
