OK. I'll swallow it as it's my mistake. Thanks for the advice.
-
If you have a very very good reason, you could ask the Tribunal to consider a late appeal. If not, you must pay what is due.
-
I'm so sorry for that. Is there nothing I can do now? Thanks again for your advice.
-
Why did you not keep us up to date? Why so late to appeal?
-
Sorry for my late update. I received their rejection at the end of June (see first 3 pages) and then another Charge Certificate last week (1 Aug) (see last 2 pages attached).
Any action required on my side or shall I just wait for them to put to Tribunal? Thanks.

Looking forward to it.

Thanks for your reply. Does it mean they will bring it to court if reject again?
This is your decision and let's wait for their reply. Keep going. I have won 2 out of 2 at this location. And all my bus lane cases over the last 3/4 years.
I have submitted another challenge. I will update here once there is update from them.
Thanks again.

I trust you guys. Another moderator had helped me in another case and won. I will reply the same online.

I require you to formally consider my initial challenge as my formal representations.

I have received the EN from Camden. What should I do next? Appreciated your help.

Wait for the Enforcement Notice. Meanwhile I will do some digging re the camera and certificate.
-
Indeed. I will draft later. I am unsure whether they have updated their VCA certificate for this part of the lane yet.
1. The signage is not fit for purpose.
2. I put you to strict proof that the camera is authorised.
3. The last ground is wholly irrelevant.
Please cancel
I have appealed via their portal but rejected. See the attachment. Any advice?

I received this PCN yesterday but dated 8 Apr as I was out of town last 2 weeks. The video shows I turned left crossing the solid white line. However, the video does not show the enforcement sign or does the PCN specify the exact location this alleged contravention occurred. Can this PCN be challenged?
