As per DWMB2, we need a lot more info to help you, incl PCN, all sides, and a GSV link to the exact location. Do not, please, redact car reg, or PCN number, because we can look to see the CEO's photos on the council website.

However, from your narrative, it would appear your sister was parked waiting to board your MIL, correct ? The more you can tell us the better.

This is a council PCN so I have moved this post to the Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/) forum.

To help the users there provide you with the best advice, please read the following thread carefully and provide as much of the information it requests as you are able to: READ THIS FIRST - **BEFORE POSTING YOUR CASE!**, This section is for council, TFL, Dart/Mersey/Tyne etc. cases (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/)
Title: Parking penalty

Hi,

just need advise if I should appeal against the parking penalty issued by the council.

My mother in law has dementia and mental health problems. 81 years old and unable to walk. I have recently applied for blue badge but not heard anything yet.

My sister parked the car out of GP surgery and I can provide evidence of an appt and her health condition.

The car was parked someone else before but my sister parked near the GP when my mother in law was coming out.

The pictures I have seen clearly shows the sister was about to sit in the car.

Do you think it’s worth appealing?

Thanks
