Post by: stamfordman on April 19, 2025, 10:58:11 am: The CEO has taken lots of pics of the car and this small dropped kerb but none of the context, which is by a small gate that looks like it has been used for rubbish bins.

The regulation of dropped footways is for vehicular or cycle path access, or a pedestrian crossing, and it is clearly not for these but we haven't always won such cases.

However a very small bit of the back of the car was sticking out onto a doorway but there was still plenty of space to pass through and i got a ticket for this. Any way i can appeal?
