Submitted the following reps for both PCNs:
"The contravention did not occur because:
1. The signage pertaining to term time is proscribed and there are no warning signs.
2. Your website as per the attached screenshots fetters discretion and limits to one ground of representation which flies in the face of the law and the PCN thereby causing confusion.
In light of the above, please cancel."
I can possibly use your point 2 in my appeal as well. Have sent you a DM
Hi @flash2005
It seems that LBR has recently changed the layout and content of the parking section of its website, so 2. above might now not be relevant to your appeal.

Appeal allowed (EA DNC) for one of the PCNs. I can only assume it will be the same for the other.

Link is expired. I'll ask @cp8759 to publish latter. Mr Teper allowed the second one. 2250260842. I'm The Invisible Man again! 8)

Not the charity's ticket. They can provide a statement only. See you again no doubt.

Hello once again to all fellow forum members!!
When it rains, it pours! Already have 2 other PCNs currently in play. One which I'll probably pay after receiving the NTO (but still under advice so may contest), the other will be going to tribunal.
Have since received another 2 different PCNs (unrelated to the above-mentioned) for the same alleged contravention in exactly the same location, each 18mins apart.
To summarise, I volunteer for a local religious institution/charity (and which I was doing so at the time) as a result was told that I'd be put on an exemption list. Unfortunately, due to an administrative oversight, this didn't happen and the rest is history. The charity will see whether the PCNs can be cancelled, but in the meantime the details for both are as follows:

Don't think there is much more to add so your collective thoughts/advice is welcome.

P.S. I get the feeling that ever since I had 2 appeals allowed at at a rehearing towards the end of last year, I've upset the CCTV operator at Redbridge Parking enforcement. >:(
