Well predictably the council rejected my appeal, I used a template from a previous thread on here regarding the date of the discount period being inconsistent.

Is it worth taking this further to the tribunals?

The amount outstanding on the Charge Notice will increase to £130.00 on Wed, 23 Apr 2025.

Please pay £65.00 now.

1. This is an unlawful threat.
2. The date is wrong. Should be the 14th.

I don't see any dates on any of the representation pages.
The only date mentioned is on the initial PCN details page which states the date/time of the incident.

Go to make online representation and report back as the date will be wrong re increase. Do not make a representation.

Not sure where to go to see that, but it's still in the discount stage and unpaid for as of now.

Hi guys, I entered a street which prohibits vehicles at school times. They have been cropping up everywhere in London now but I didn't realise that this one had been created and didn't spot the sign so a genuine mistake on my part.

However in the PCN I noticed it doesn't even state what the restricted hours are and the sign is illegible in the grainy photos and videos, so would this or anything else be decent grounds for appeal?
