Title: Re: Britannia Parking PCN - Private car park - parked in disabled bay with no badge
Post by: thatblackeos on April 13, 2025, 10:48:08 pm
Parked in a private car park managed by BP, I decided to park in a disabled bay as it was closer to the exit and I didn't display a badge.

Did any occupant of the vehicle have a blue badge?

No they did not, shall I pay it? Assuming there is no defence here?

Hi all,

Parked in a private car park managed by BP, I decided to park in a disabled bay as it was closer to the exit and I didn't display a badge. I've attached the letter below, can I appeal or shall I pay? [attachimg=1]
