The back of the Notice to Keeper (NtK) tells you what the alleged contravention is. Please show it.

Here are turn of events:

Arrival time: 30/03/2025 09:18:29
Departure Time: 30/03/2025 10:33:10

Please see attached parking charge notice for details.

Paid for parking at 30/03/2025 9:34:00 for 1 hour via app. The parking lot has a poor connection. Therefore, it took me some time to set the app up plus enter the details.

Got a parking ticket. There are no details as to what the offence is. I assume this is because I paid for 1 hr, but total stay time is 1 hr 14 mins.

Please advise how I can fight this charge off as I paid for the right fare. The difference in time is because of app glitches.
