Nothing you have posted so far, even the bits that are correct, indicate a viable defence.

Hi,

Got a NIP and unsure if to challenge or suck it up. Last did SAC Sep 2022.

39 in 30, manned equipment, van at bottom of a hill, me coming down it. Got the calibration certificate (6 months old) and no sign of the device being tested on the day.

The laser hit the body of the car, not the number plate if that makes any difference.

Any advice would be muchly appreciated. Got 25 days left to respond to the NIP.
