I have the same problem. Lambeth councils website has always been terrible. I guess I have to wait until the day it expires to renew.

Why am I getting charged multi-permit residential in Lambeth?

We have one car, I had a monthly rolling subscription but have cancelled it as my bank would always decline and I would need to go back in portal and pay. Friday I got email that my last monthly permit expired. I went to renew yesterday and for any permit, it is showing multi-permit surchange.

Wrote to Lambeth parking services but they are closed for the weekend.

What am I doing wrong?
