How long is a piece of string?

If you want answers, try giving more context and showing us the Parking Charge Notice you have received, both sides please.

Title: P4PARKING PENALTY - FAILURE TO DISPLAY PERMIT
Post by: bailfyr on April 03, 2025, 01:08:10 pm
Hi all,

Received a ticket on my windscreen for failing to display my permit. Long story short - I had lost the permit the same day (on a Sunday) and was unable to get a temporary permit as I got back late at night. The ticket was there on the Monday when I went downstairs to check. The space is mine, and is part of my apartment complex. There is signage saying that I must display my permit.

Can I ignore this or is there anything I can send them to avoid the annoying chase up letters I'll start getting?

Thanks,
