You need to better redact your name and address (or your mothers).

Took my disabled mother to an appointment, waited to park for some time, displayed disabled badge but received a ticket.
I have attached the original notice to keeper, the rejected appeal and the appointment letter.
I just forgot to register the number plate after the amount of time we had waited for a space.
