Absolutely DO NOT simply pay the CCJs. Before you do anything show us the letters. Only redact your personal information. Whilst paying a CCJ within 30 days of it having been issued will clear it from your credit file, it makes it much much more difficult to get it set aside if there is a valid reason for not having responded to the initial claim. You have 11 days before it's too late to just pay them off.
Are you saying that you received two N1SDT Claim Forms from the CNCB dated Feb 2025 (we need to know the precise dates) and you failed to respond to them or were you unable to respond to them for some reason?
You are also not clear on whether both those claims have not received default CCJs because of no response.
We are unable to assist if you don't provide the necessary information.

As you note, if you pay within 30 days there will be no CCJ on your credit file.
If you want more input I suggest you post redacted versions of what you have received.

Hi, wondering if anyone can assist. I have received some two letters from the HM Courts advising a money Claim has been made against me.
• One is from Gladstone solicitors on behalf of Premier Park Limited. Issued in Feb 2025
• The second is from Gladstone solicitors on behalf of UK Car Park Management Limited. Issued in Feb 2025
In all honesty I am not aware what correspondences I sent to them at the time of receiving the initial letters given they are both from December 2023.
I do know that when the HM courts letters arrived I was not at home and I just returned today from a extended stay in London and have gone through all my post.
It seems judgement was decided on both on 10th March 2025 and I have subsequently been left with two ccjs on my credit profile. Gladstones have already been in contact with a seperate letter saying they want payment now they hold the CCJ's.
Is there anyway I can get this appealed or reversed? if so how long would it take?
Or if I pay the CCJ will I be able to get them removed from my credit profile as they are still within 30 days? What I don’t want to do is pay them and then still be left with the CCJ.
I am shortly going to be applying for a new BTL mortgage and i know this will literally hinder that.
