I have no idea whether this is legal.

Thanks for all the help
Can I write in the reason for cancelling the PCN:
I parked in a disabled bay with a valid disabled badge but was still given a PCN.
The bay is clearly marked Disabled and the sign does not clearly explain that not all BB holders can park there.
If this was only for the specific permit holders then should that not have been written, it is very confusing
Thanks

I'm not aware of such a contravention description: https://archive.londoncouncils.gov.uk/download/file/fid/28636
I'm not aware that the Secretary of State has any reserve powers to authorise a departure from the joint committee's published descriptions.

I think we have a challenge that the road legend should be 'permit only' and not disabled as it misleads BB holders. The 01 code is meaningless IMO.

Hi all
This is the first time I have posted here, thank you for this resource and sorry if I have made any mistakes
We parked in a "DISABLED 01 ONLY" bay and the sign said "Disabled permit holder TH DIS 01 only at any time"
We have a valid disabled badge and I could not find what TH DIS 01 meant anywhere, even online
The charge is £65 or £130 if we do not pay it in 14 days
Can someone let me know what I can do?
Thank you in advance.
Ozzy
