National Highways are responsible for motorways and should have a record of temporary limits imposed
-
Hi all,
Received a NIP for driving over a temporary speed limit imposed on "M4-2292A Jct 4B-5", normally a 70mph motorway with temp limit of 40mph here on 14th Feb 2025.
I honestly can't remember there being any roadworks or temp limits. Is there any way to check a history of roadworks to verify this.
I have been offered the speed awareness course which i guess i should take, but before making the final decision just wondering if there's a way to check that temp speed limit for sure.
I figured no harm in asking
Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
