A little insight, my work is planning to move me out of the UK for work reasons, what do I do if they send me a letter long after I moved out?
That in itself is not a problem, you don't have to keep the DVLA informed of every change in your personal life.
Your legal obligation is 'to provide an address which is in GB and where you can be contacted at any time'. (It must be a physical address, PO boxes are not acceptable)
Therefore, having someone else check your post or forward it is fine, it does however remain your ultimate responsibility you cannot transfer that to anyone else.

Thanks Andy appreciate the tip.
So from my understanding, I am now in a scenario where I can get a FPN or a court date?

My eta for moving out is about a month-ish.

No, as you were warned at the time of the offence that you might be prosecuted, there is no separate requirement for a NIP.
N.B. If you are responding to the last post in the thread in its entirety, there is no need to quote it. If you are not responding to the entirety of a post, do not quote the entire post.

Who knows? You’ll have to wait and see what, if anything, comes your way.
PS: “license” is a verb. “Licence” is a noun.

Whoops sorry,
I'm just conflicted regarding does the 14-day NIP apply in my case?
Thank you for your reply.

I will set the scene:
I am going back home on 14/03/25 near empty roads, clear and dry weather on the A3 at 1AM
I was driving and began being trailed by an unmarked unit, this unit trailed me for 2 miles.
I was speeding on the dual carriage way at around 70mph ish which at some point got to 90.
There was construction at some point and a bus which slowed me down and waited to get past, thus I consequently slowed down. Eventually a marked unit was waiting for me which flashed me and pulled me over.
I stated I did not know why I was stopped and when asked how fast was I going I said I believe the speed limit.
He mentioned I went past 3 speeding cameras and slowed down.
They breathalysed me which got 0.00
They mentioned to me due to me "overtaking" and "swerving" ( I did not swerve I have a dashcam) and my speed he is reporting me for Dangerous driving, he mentioned I will get a letter soon and I can choose to accept it or challenge it.
He then cautioned me and I asked if I was being arrested to which he said "No no, you can drive off home and continue to drive"
I held my license for just over 1 year, had a clean license no past criminal history.
What is my scenario looking like, I would appreciate honest advice.
I do have dashcam footage if someone would care to review it (it does not have my speed on it, only time)
