Title: UK CAR PARK MANAGEMENT LIMITED CPM PCN - NO REG ANPR - Prichard Court, Georges Road, London, N7 8HZ

Good afternoon,

I recently received a PCN from CPM – UK Car Park Management and would like some advice on whether I have grounds for an appeal.

The driver entered the estate parking but did not check the signage. A passenger exited the vehicle to drop keys to a tenant and stayed near the car, chatting. The driver stayed inside the vehicle the entire time and did not park in any of the bays. The only photos included in the PCN show the car entering and exiting the estate parking, but none of it being parked. Letter stayed being parked on private land.

Entry time: 15:19:54

Exit time: 15:39:35

Total duration: 19 minutes

Location:Prichard Court, Georges Road, London, N7 8HZ
Reason For Issue:Vehicle Not Registered (ANPR)

Would it be possible to appeal on the basis that I was driving around searching for a parking space for 20 minutes? Are there any template letters I could use for this appeal?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
