1. Beautiful! Two wrong grounds listed!

2. Issued under the wrong Act (2003)

3. The amount outstanding on the Penalty Charge Notice will increase to £130.00 on Mon, 24 Mar 2025. Please pay £65.00 now.

I will advise privately as they most probably watch me.  Basically, the PCN is almost totally  null and void. I am more than happy to do this one if it goes the full distance.

They are most surely having a laugh. Wait for the EN. Alternatively, I could sort this lout for you now if they wake up in response to one of my specials. Their pursuit of this is a waste of taxpayers' money.

There is a wording flaw in the PCN paperwork.

You should also check the online PCN portal, as recently southwark were found to have misstated the period for issuing a charge certificate and an adjudicator allowed the appeal on that basis.

If noone responds I can draft a challenge if that helps.

Good evening,

I wanted to run this past you as although my gut feeling is that I am bang to rights in this instance I have read that you haven't lost a Bus Lane case since 2021 so I thought It wouldn't hurt to check.

I have been issueed a PCN by Southwark for being in a bus lane temporarily having existed a Shell garage into the traffic on Crystal Palace Parade in London.

I attach the full PCN and the images/video they have as evidence. Moments after the video ends I pulled into the right lane as I was turning right up ahead.

Apologies if I have forgotten to add anything. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
