Dear Forum Members,

I received a PCN for 54J, failing to comply with restrictions in a pedestrian zone on East Street, Barking.

I am an Uber driver, and I was picking up a passenger. I waited for 45 seconds and received this ticket. I’m confused because according to the sign, I should not have received the ticket if I drove the car around 21:13 on saturday

Should I appeal? My company (Otto Car) charges me £10 for transferring the PCN to my name, and I don’t want to waste additional money. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
