The OP's GSV link shows a single yellow line with a sign obscured by foliage. There is another sign at the other end of the single line. The other side of the street is DYLs so needs no sign.

You were on double yellow lines - surely you know that's no parking 24/7.

What were you doing?

It looks though that it's common for people to park there.

Hi I received a ticket on Saturday that states Code 01.
There were no signs saying it is a restricted street or restricted parking hours
Any advice
