As above. You ignore everything except a Letter of Claim (LoC) or an actual N1SDT Claim Form from the CNBC. Come back when you receive either of those. No one pays a penny to ECP if they follow the advice.

I did write to Sainsburys but they wouldn't dismiss it.

Ideally the stage you would have responded would have been upon receiving the initial parking charge notice from Euro Car Parks.

If this was not done then the letter you are waiting for is a Letter of Claim.

Assuming the driver was a customer of Sainsburys and not simply using their land without permission, then speaking to the Sainsburys is always a wise plan, although if some time has passed since the incident they may be less amenable to helping.

Hi all

I'm currently on letter 5 from Euro Car Parks for a 2 hour 7 minute stay in a 90 minute car park (Sainsbury's, Sutton, Surrey)

Been using the previous passive aggressive correspondance from them as kindling.

We are now on the 'DRP Seeking Pre-Legal Resolution' part of the process according to their letter.

At what stage do I need to respond?

(I can provide a copy of the letter but I assume you've seen them all before...)

Thanks

D
