The amount outstanding on the Charge Notice will increase to £130.00 on Mon, 31 Mar 2025. Please pay £65.00 now.

The date is wrong!  It should be 18th March (15th day from date of PCN). I will draft a representation later. 2240362722 was the first case I won on this issue.

The motorist is entitled to have clear and correct information from a Council as to what is required to be paid and when; and in my judgement these errors are serious enough for the Appeal to be allowed on the basis of a collateral challenge.

1. Go to the website: www.lambeth.gov.uk/mypcn

2.  Skip the chat box.

3.  Make a pdf of this and attach the screenshot.  No contravention

Dear Lambeth

A motorist is entitled to have clear and correct information from a Council as to what is required to be paid and when. Your website fails in this regard as proved by the attached screenshot.  Therefore, please cancel the PCN as this plays fast and loose with the statutory process.

Sorry just reposting, it seems the dates all match each other on the  notices and evidence. I was just wondering which was incorrect?

Would you be able to advise how I should respond to the council? Which date is incorrect? They all say 27/02/2025?

That's it.

1. It is a threat even before you have challenged.

2. The date is wrong.

This is an endemic problem and we win cases on it.

You charged past as if the signs weren't there at all ! Not a good video for an adjudicator to look at.

So what street did you turn right out of ? If it was Dunelm Grove, there is a Left Turn Only arrow as you approach Aukland Hill and also the No Entry sign is clearly visible.

Dear All,

Thank you for reading this. I'm probably guilty, but I turned right onto Auckland Hill and then missed the sign until I was crossing it and so it was too late. As soon as I realised I did a U turn and came out, but by then it was obviously too late.

Any help would be most appreciated. Please let me know if you require any more info.
