That letter from Moorside is only a useless debt collection letter. When they send you a Letter of Claim (LoC) come back and show us.
I will update once I received the Letter of claim (Loc).
Thank you !

or just simple ignore the letter and waiting for county court claim letter ?
Thank you for your attention to the matter.

the letter of reject sent you.
Thank you !

That NtK is pretty much PoFA compliant except for paragraph 9(2)(a) because it does not state the period of parking, only a moment in time. However, that point is moot if you have already revealed the drivers identity.
What did you put in your appeals? You'll need to show us exactly what was said in order to assess whether PCMUK have anything to counter an argument that you were there at the location for less than the consideration period and whether the signage was adequate to bring the charge to the notice of the driver.
How was the contract formed? If the only signage was prohibitory, it is impossible to form a contract.
Your other advantage is that if Moorside Legal are handing the claim, they will, I can guarantee, screw up the claim and you will likely be able to have the claim struck out before it ever get sot a hearing.
I appealled as the keeper of the vehicle. no admitted and never disclosure the identy of driver.
In the IAS appeal Parking Control Management UK ltd. just said the vehicle go through the area over 4 mins.
absolutely less than the consideration period.
But the PCN is Parked within a restricted area. not entering .
The signage is at the side of the road below eye level.
I hope you will find this is definitely rough PCN with no evidence.
But they have big mouth !
I will send you the letter of reject and my IAS appeal document.
Thank you for your attention to this matter again !
Have a lovely weekend.

Please show us the original Notice to Keeper (NtK). We do not need to see any reminders. Make sure that all dates and times remain visible.
What was the location of this hotel? When you appealed, did you reveal the identity of the driver?
The letter you have shown us from Moorside Legal is simply a debt recovery letter which you should ignore. However, at some point, the incompetents at Moorside Legal are going to issue Letter of Claim (LoC) which you tell us about when you receive it.
