By cross-referencing GSV to the photos it can be seen that she was parked right next to the suspension sign in the photo, so no joy on an argument that the sign wasn't visible I'm afraid.

Why didn't Mum move the car when the traffic warden appeared? Because she thought she was legally parked?

yeah and was taking a call so musn't have noticed the warden till he placed the ticket on the car

My mum received a parking ticket, for parking in a suspended bay and she was unaware of this, She was still in the car and received the ticket, from the photos I cannot see the sign of the suspended bay next to the car or the space so unsure of how clear it was for her, but she also didn't leave the car and drove off shortly after without getting out. How do I appeal this please
