I would lose at the tribunal. Best pay 50% and use Stapylton Rd in future to bypass the high st

Thanks so much for your help, annoying that we’ve been through those lights so many times and the traffic flow is always an issue.

Well, unless mrmustard has other thoughts, I suggest paying it at the discount. 5 seconds is not de minimis.

Sorry, I hadn't even seen the video link! Presumed it was just the images...
Yes, it's the silver car that gets caught before the black vehicle that follows.

We've seen successful appeals I think at this box but doesn't look good for you. I presume yours isn't the last car that charges into the box but the one before.

I have seen the video. I would say 5 seconds.

Hi all,
Thanks in advance for any help, it's hugely appreciated.
Received the linked PCN the other day from Barnet council — the alleged offence is stopping in a yellow box, although the camera evidence shows that the car was only in the box for a single second; there is no video.
I don't recall the exact details, but clearly the car doesn't enter the yellow box until the traffic starts moving and any delay leaving the box is due to the car in front taking a rather slow and wide turn.

Without a video, it's difficult to prove the car wasn't in the box for more than a couple of seconds.
Any advice on a response is much appreciated, thanks!
