Is your vehicle definitely non-compliant with the ULEZ compliancy rules ? There have been one or two cases where there was a dispute about compliancy.

Yes it is unfortunately, i ended up paying it to avoid the additional sum

The PCN has been paid in full, so nothing to see here. Signage could have been investigated, but obviously it's now academic.

Thank you for the response, yes that is correct 1 of the 2 received, see attached the other 3 pages as well as the other pcn received. The header was clear rather than how it is shown on the attached

Very difficult to fight these as you were either there or you weren't. I assume this is just one of the two PCNs. It might be prudent to post the other 3 pages so we can check it for errors, but it's thin gruel at the moment, I'm afraid unless our intrepid adminstrator delves into the ULEZ regs and finds a killer appeal, there is little to go on. Did the PCN arrive like that with an unreadable title ?

Received the following as NTK even though I was not driver but understand liability lies with keeper.

As it was parked overnight there was also penalty for following day.

Any recourse to go back on at all or need to pay both of them?
