Title: Glasgow City Council - Being in a bus lane. HGV gone in bus lane to make a u-turn when there was no traffic on the road.

A HGV has driven in the bus lane on Maryhill Road at Bilsland Drive or 55.883245,-4.279851 (edit: https://maps.app.goo.gl/NVqB9jjM3vvapL5X6?g_st=ac) in order to use the full width of the road to make a u-turn. There was no bus traffic, or car traffic and the vehicle has no advantage over other road users by using the bus lane here.

The PCN photo evidence show the vehicle in the bus lane, and the video online showed the vehicle indicating right and starting to turn right for the u-turn.

Is there a possibility to appeal this? Or would it be a waste of time.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I can not share the whole PCN because I don't receive it, I get a photocopy of the first, sometimes second, page to deal with it.
