Thank you very much, I will try this! Fingers crossed!
I also drove down the same road today (a weekday like my tickets), not a Sunday like my video - with traffic ahead of me, and aware that there was a sign to spot, I couldn't make out what it was signalling I had turned into the road.
The sign for the ofter direction of traffic makes road users aware there is a restriction at the next turn, despite the dead-end road not being included in the restriction. I think this should be the case for both directions. Is that something to mention too, maybe?
TIA!

Problem you have here is that the restriction signs can be seen even before you turn left into the road. The council have placed an advance sign for the other direction, so have recognised the visibilty issue for those turning right and have placed an advance sign here : -

There is also no sign at the start of the road, only where the road bends
Indeed not and no doubt because Humberstone Road, the street leading off Newham Tunmarsh Ln is not restricted.
Councils are under a duty to place signage that gives adequate warning of a restriction under LATOR Regulation 18. The problem is that adequate means different things to different people. Your 'inadequate' may be 'adequate' for an adjudicator at London Tribunals.

However, there is an approach that could get 2 of the three PCNs cancelled.
PCN 1 will have arrived at your address on a date after the contravention date. This PCN alerted you to the contravention. So you then re-directed your driving and route. But between the date of PCN 1 being sent off, and its arrival, PCNs 2 & 3 would have been issued, and you could argue that you didn't know you had been committing an offence until PCN 1 turned up. You therefore state that you consider the total penalty to be disproportionate and ask that they cancel PCNs 2 & 3.

Please check the grounds on their website and report back. I will take a look later.

Hello! I would love to get some help from this forum!
I have received 3X PCNs for: 53J - Failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone. Tunmarsh Ln E13 / Humberstone Rd E13.
I don't believe the sign is visible enough for someone to take note of (I clearly missed it multiple times), let alone reading the very small time restrictions.
There is also no sign at the start of the road, only where the road bends, at a point which would be too late notice and safely change direction. You'll notice from the video I took, the road before the one I take does have signs at the start of the road; a better and clearer placement. Sadly not the same for the road I've been fined for.
I believe the placement and visibility of these restriction signs are unfair.
I'd love advice on the best angle to appeal these three tickets.
If relevant, two tickets were at 8:57am, in an 8-9am restricted zone.
Thank you in advance!
