unless you show the whole Notice to Keeper (NtK), front and back, only redacting your personal info, the PCN number and your VRM, making sure that ALL dates and times remain visible, then we are unable to properly advise.

I have received a Notice To Keeper from MET Parking Services for being 10mins over the 90mins period in McDonald's car park. Yes, I was eating in the restaurant.

How can I appeal with correct wording and terms?

Please help!
