Where is the back of the Notice to Keeper (NtK)?
No contract could have been formed because there is no evidence that the vehicle was there for longer than the minimum consideration period of 5 minutes. Also, the signs are too small to adequately bring the charge to the attention of the driver. Also, the signs are prohibitive, meaning that con contract could be formed.

Hi there,
Looking for some guidance regarding a Parking Charge Notice that was received.
The driver had parked in a bay where the business has shut down (see shop attachment) next to a motor garage as the car came up with a engine management light. There was no room on the forecourt of the garage and no parking on the main road. As the car was parked in the bay, within 3 minutes of parking (see PCN) a person had taken (Secure Parking Solutions) had taken the picture of the car in the bay.
When the driver had parked there they did not see any signs directly in front however there are two signs (one on each side of front wall, see shop attachment).
Is this PCN worth appealing against considering the driver was booked within 3 minutes and also the signs are located slightly higher and placed on each end of the wall. The business also closed down and not trading hence no loss to the business.
Please advise if this is worth appealing against
Thanks
