Title: PCN Redbridge Council
Post by: jacobsoncroup@hotmail.com on February 16, 2025, 12:11:15 pm
I parked my car at 09.22 on the 21 Jan and paid for a 1hr parking period using the Ringo app. The payment was going through while I raced across to the Doctors for an urgent repeat prescription. I was gone for no more than 3.5mins and came back to my car to find the parking attendant issuing a ticket. I explained I had paid for parking and was literally gone for a few mins. I then looked at my phone and saw an error message with the payment. The ticket was issue at 09.26 so the warden must have pounced as soon as I parked my car. I appealed the PCN including a screenshot of the error message on the payment screen but my appeal has so far been rejected. The screenshot should’ve been sufficient proof of my intention to pay and I as also only gone for a few minutes. Where do I stand with regards to a further appeal?
Thanks
