Please show us the N1SDT Claim Form, redacting only your personal details the claim number and the MCOL password. Also show us exactly what you submitted as your defence.
It is impossible to assist with any Witness Statement without knowing the exact defence.

I assume if you've only just done mediation you've not yet been required to file your evidence and witness statements.
Whilst it's a bit late in the process for us to be getting involved (your defence already having been submitted), we can offer support with witness statements etc. if you need/want it.
Which parking company are suing you and what (if any) legal firm are they using?
-
Not really.as I said previously, I have defended the claim. They made me an offer to settle during mediation, which I declined. I was just curious
-
No.
The court process has started within six years.
The date of the case being heard in court is irrelevant to this.
You’re grasping at straws?

In December I received a County Court summons for a private parking fine,Iapparently got in Jan 30th 2020.I don't remember receiving any correspondence ( which I would have received during the first lockdown). I've defended the claim and went through mediation today ( which was unsuccessful). What I would like to know is,if this case ends up going to court after 30th Jan next year, will it be statute barred? Thanks in advance
