Title: Re: Single Justice Notice sent to incorrect registered keeper /address

Dunno.

The fact that the SJPN was sent to the wrong address in and of itself is all but irrelevant.
Who the SJPN is addressed to, what the charges are, and what happened previously - in particular any correspondence sent and/or received and who/where it was addressed to?

I was passed a SJPN today with my cars registration clearly shown in it. The vehicle is registered to the company I own and have checked the log book to make sure.  Despite this, somehow Cheshire Police have sent it to a neighbouring address and a dormant LTD company(according to companies house) as the addressee and registered keeper???? Shall I ignore, call the court or anything else you could advise?
