One moderator has already explained that if you want meaningful advice you should provide meaningful information. You are the one that needs help in this matter, not us.
If you bump by asking for advice without providing any new meaningful information again, I will close the thread.

so your rear plate is compliant but the front isn't.
you're 100% convinced that it is compliant
Maybe you should fight your corner and take it to court and let a judge decide
then you can pass the outcome onto your plate supplier so they can publish the findings on their site for glory, or indeed an account of how much you lost defending it, dependant on the judgement. 👍
btw not everyone uses Chat bots.
Thank you for your response.
As you and another member (New Judge) mentioned, it is indeed risky. If things don't go well, it could end up costing me more. However, I believe there is a way to win this because some individuals have succeeded, even though they aren't sharing their evidence. That's why I'm seeking help here—to find a legal and confident way to defend myself in the court.
(I'm not suggesting that everyone uses chatbots, but for those who do, I believe there’s no harm in it.)

I have reviewed all the questions above and believe I have addressed them. If I misunderstood any, please accept my apologies and feel free to rephrase them for better clarity so I can provide an accurate response.
Why is ChatGPT asking for advice?
I can assure you that I am a human seeking assistance and asking questions. If you feel that I might be using ChatGPT or other sources, there's no harm in that- everyone uses them nowadays.
I understand that some members, like username "New Judge", have given good advice, which aligns with my opinion. My option B is to accept the loss, pay the fine, and not attempt to defend myself unless a valid reason arises. However, I trust that this community will provide valuable advice or share their opinions on the matter.
Regarding the law, it states that 3D or raised characters are acceptable and legal, but it does not specify that they must be readable by any device.
The issue lies with the outdated police cameras, which need upgrading to accommodate new technologies. Penalising the public for this limitation is unfair; instead, the focus should be on improving the equipment.
(You guys have done great work, and everyone asks questions on ChatGPT, but now it seems ChatGPT is asking you questions!) ;)

Take our advice or don't!

The aspects of your proposed defence are unlikely to influence the police if you decide not to accept the fixed penalty offer; they will probably proceed to prosecute you in court. Much of what you say is irrelevant to your innocence or guilt. The issue is whether the plate complied with the regulations.
If you are convicted following a trial it will cost you the thick end of £1,000, so that may be a consideration for you.
Are there any alternative courses of action I could consider, such as contacting my Member of Parliament?
I doubt your MP would take an interest in a prosecution for a trivial road traffic matter. Even less so because at present you have not been prosecuted.
Thank you for your assistance and response. Would you please review the website below? Two of his clients experienced the same issue, or FPN, and their FPNs were cancelled by the MP or Police.

Thank you, I have removed my name.

You're more likely to receive sound advice if you give us a bit more information on what aspects of the accusation you'd like advice on.
Simply sharing a document and saying "Advice?" is rather vague, particularly when the accusation is surrounding a number plate that you have seen (it being affixed to your car) but we have not.
Thank you for your response.
I would appreciate your advice on whether I have a reasonable chance of successfully defending myself in court, or if it would be more prudent to accept the penalty and pay the fine. Are there any alternative courses of action I could consider, such as contacting my Member of Parliament? What other options would you suggest?

This is a complex area which is poorly understood.
In order to try and understand it fully what BS AU mark is on the plates?
When was the vehicle first registered?
When were the plates bought?
Thank you for your reply.
