Bit of a trap that crossing and it seems to me you just about have a case that you couldn't reasonably have stopped before the box.

Hi All,

Looking to see if I should appeal the attached contravention.

The car in front stopped on the amber, I had continued with the intention to stop at the red but got stuck behind the white car, i did stop in the box at a point.

This box junction is in a right **** place on top of a crossing which catches people daily especially if you have a dithering car in front.

Question, Pay the PCN or appeal and risk the full charge of £130.
