The sign is indeed perfectly visible, and shows that parking there is restricted in hours, and also to goods vehicles only. However the vague locus argument is still valid, although it would inevitably have to end up at London Tribunals with the full PCN penalty in play.

Two things.
1. Please post a GSV link to the exact location, as Cranbrook Rd is very long. The video shows the bike is parked in a red-marked parking bay, so we need to see the sign.

2. The PCN could be considered void because it does not give sufficient information on the exact location on Cranbrook Road. The legal expression is "vague locus". This has won appeals in the past.

Hi wizards,

I hope you are all well and having a good start of the year.

My brother parked his bike to pick up some food and received this ticket.

He was not parked on the double yellow lines and also doesn't look like on the road.

Can something be done in this case to get this ticket cancelled?
